Amari Havodda is a newly developed upscale property on the most preserved atolls in the Maldives Archipelago. This 4 Star private and pristine island hideaway is managed by a strong hospitality brand ‘Amari’ owned by ONYX Hospitality Group.

Amari Havodda Maldives is situated on the Southern Gaafu Dhaalu atoll, which is located 400km from the capital of Male.

Its innovative design features 120 rooms, which includes 48 Beach Villas, 12 Beach Pool Villas, 58 Overwater Villas and 2 Overwater Pool Villas.

Project Scope

Fresco Engineering is the total HVAC Contractor for the Back of House, which is approximately 90,000 sqft of built area covering staff accommodation for up to 200 staff, Main Restaurant, Staff Restaurant, 06 Luxury Spas, Front Office, Lobby Lounge, Gymnasium, Special Cuisine Restaurants, Server Room and Administrative Buildings.
