Project Description
A brand new property developed as an adult only resort, “You and Me” is situated at R. Uthurumaafaru in Raa Atoll. A shy 45 minutes away from the airport by seaplane, the resort caters to guests aged 16 and above. The 5 star stunning property is being designed to accommodate every request of guests, be it special dining arrangements or any service or facility they want to make their holiday a memorable experience and maximum privacy they desire. You and Me” resort is being developed with 111 villas, with 97 villas overwater. The resort would also be donned with Raa Atoll’s first under water resort. Dubbed “H2O”, this restaurant is expected to have a 360 degree view of the ocean.
Project Scope
Fresco Engineering is the total MVAC & LPG Gas Line Design & Build Contractor for the entire BOH and Public Areas which is approximately 9,000 Sq. Mt of built area covering staff accommodation for 300 staff, Under Water Restaurant, Gymnasium, Special Cuisine Restaurants, Main Kitchen, Staff Kitchen and Administrative Buildings.
