Project Description
JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa, formerly known as Viceroy Resort is one of the most luxurious hotels and resorts brand by Marriott International, JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa is situated on the stunning island of Vagaru, Shaviyani Atoll, a scenic 55-minute flight by seaplane from Velana International Airport in Malé. This crescent-shaped Vagaru Isnad is the first JW Marriot branded resort in the Maldives. JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa features 61 beach and overwater villas, ranging from 192 sqm to 638 sqm, all with private swimming pools, and spacious wooden decks. These bright modern villas are some of the largest in the archipelago. The cuisine stretches from classic Asian gastronomy, Thai, Japanese, Indian – to wood-fried Italian across seven restaurants.
Project Scope
Fresco Engineering is the total Electro - Mechanical Design & Build Contractor for the entire BOH and Public Areas renovation covering staff accommodation for 200 staff, All Day Dining Restaurant, Big Fish Restaurant, Gymnasium, Special Cuisine Restaurants, Main Kitchen, Staff Kitchen and Administrative Buildings.
