Project Description
The first phase of the project which was the opening of the resurrected Transworks House Colombo in end 2017. The main contract works were done by Zhongtian Group Co Ltd, one of the largest developers in China. The Krrish Transworks Colombo (Pvt) Ltd has already contracted with one of the world’s leading hotel chain, Ritz Carlton to have a hotel in one of the towers which will consist of 200 rooms, several swimming pools, conference halls and additional shopping and entertainment centers. The second tower would consist of 400 apartments. The developer is also planning to build a third tower. This would consist of 80 floors making it the tallest building in Sri Lanka and one of the tallest towers in the region. When all three projects were completed it would be the single biggest Indian investment in Sri Lanka.
Project Scope
Fresco Engineering is the total HVAC Design & Build Contractor for the entire Transworks house, which is approximately 4,000 Sq. Mt of built area with the Total Cooling Load of 300 TR covering large modern office space for Krrish Transworks Project, Show structure of the complete project, many types of Mock up Apartments and many other restaurants.
